Many thanks for visiting my website! My name is James Biondi & I am a PhD Candidate in the Department of Political Science at the University of Florida, Gainesville, USA. My primary focus regards theories of International Relations (IR), with an empirical case application through Comparative Politics (CP). My main research interests concern the Liberal International Order (LIO) and liberal military intervention in the post-Cold War world, with a particular emphasis on the Middle East & North Africa (MENA.) The main actors in my work include key decisionmakers among both states (UK, USA & France) and IGOs (UN & NATO). In addition to my research, I am an Instructor of Record of the Introduction to International Security undergraduate class at the University of Florida.
